Customer service planner are responsible for
-
This important role would drive customer satisfaction, application engagement, customer retention, and growth
-
You have outstanding communication skills and will be the primary point of contact for customers, understanding their success criteria, sharing best practices, providing solution guidance, and helping them realize value from Smartsheet
-
Making and receiving calls with selected respondents to discuss the study, answer questions and obtain participation
-
Keeps current as to recent or emerging changes affecting the program or projects.

Develops regulations, position papers, and instructions related to community planning aspects of DOT/OA programs.

Reviews the office programs in community planning for technical and program management effectiveness; makes reports and offers suggestions for improvement based on findings.

Collecting confidential information and administering standardized questionnaires

Independently managing administrative duties, including participating in conference calls and completing online trainings
-
Answering questions and obtaining participation
-
Administering a screening interview and recruiting respondents for a longer main interview, if selected
-
Collecting confidential and personally sensitive information
-
Maintaining regular access to a reliable wireless internet connection in your home for project work

Meeting weekly with supervisor via Zoom

Requirements
Conditions of Employment

High school graduate/GED
-
Customer service experience is a plus
-
Adhere to strict standards of conduct.

Pass a exam, which includes, typing, reading and interne speed

Throughout your career, be available for temporary duty assignments , on either a temporary or a long-term basis.

Work a minimum of a 25-hour workweek and a maximum of 40 hours

Be willing and able to participate in meeting

Qualifications
You must:​

Have a high school diploma/GED or higher from a U.S.-accredited college or university.

Have two years of full-time professional work experience (see work experience waiver for exceptions).

Meet the CDC's Employment Eligibility requirements.

Possess a valid driver's license or government issued ID
